Privacy policy
In short: we collect what you write in the contact form, use it to reply to you, and delete it when the conversation is over. We don't track you.
Must be reviewed before launch. This text is a draft and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. It also needs the company registration number, a working contact address, and — once the agent is built — a section covering conversations with it.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form: name, company, email address and the text you write in the message field.
Why
To answer your enquiry and discuss a possible engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to those who contact us, and steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
How long
For as long as the conversation is ongoing, after which the data is deleted. If it leads to an engagement, we keep what is required to perform the contract and to meet accounting obligations for as long as the law requires.
We don't pass data on
Your data is not sold and not shared for marketing.
The section on data processors must not be written in the present tense until the agreements are actually in place. A company still being formed cannot be party to a processing agreement, and the company currently has neither its own hosting account nor its own email — those services sit with a private individual.
Before launch: sign processing agreements with the providers actually used, draw up the list of sub-processors, and replace this box with a present-tense description of what then applies.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking. There are no social media embeds.
Fonts and other resources
All fonts and scripts are served from our own server. Your browser therefore contacts no third party when you visit this site, and your IP address is not passed on.
The "Voice agent" section is missing. It will be written once the agent is built, and must state that conversations may contain personal data, how long they are kept, and which provider operates the language model — that provider is a sub-processor and must be listed.
The heading sits inside this box on purpose. Outside it, the policy would launch with a heading and nothing under it.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, and to have data erased. Get in touch and we'll take care of it.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

If this text changes we state the date of the latest version here. Date to be set at launch.
